All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) excluding Holidays
Delivery times begin once the order is processed and Shipped. Please use your tracking number provided to check the status of your order. Delivery time may vary due to carrier delays, Weather, Customs, or Holidays. All of which are outside of our control.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect Address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your packages are lost or stolen we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Investigations may take up to 14 business days for a solution. In many cases contraction the shipping carrier directly can provide a faster resolution.
