Refund policy
We accept Returns within 14 days from the delivery date. Please email us to request a return. All items must be in Original Condition( not worn, not washed and with tags attached)
Items that have signs of wear such as make-up, deodorant, perfume, pet or human hair and damage will not be accepted and sent back to you.
Non-Returnable Items: Jewelry, Clearance, Swimsuits, Under garments, and Accessories are all final sales and not returnable.
Store Credit: Approved returns will be issued as a Store Credit. Store Credits are valid for 90 days from the date issued. After 90 days un-used Store Credits will expire.
Damage, Defective or Incorrect items
If your items are damaged/Defective or you received the wrong items, please report within 5 days of delivery. We will replace the items at no cost to you. If items are not available, you may do a even exchange for something else or receive a Store Credit.
* Please note we do not offer Refunds on Returns (only a Store Credit)
